In 2009, the former NCC (now: Commonwealth Financial Systems) conducted a physical move from one location to another. This move was to a new facility that needed a new technology infrastructure. In partnering with Keynetx, Inc., FJA Solutions provided project management expertise to see the following tasks were planned and exectuted:
- Project Planning utilizing MS Project.
- Creation of vendor bidding templates.
- Utilization of MS Sharepoint for tasks management.
- Physical plant upgrade management:
- Carpet selection/installation
- Cubicle construction
- IT Room Electrical Upgrade
- IT Room Build
- Rack selection and installation
- Server selection & implementation
- PC Selection and implementation for floor
